MAIN FLOOR REMODEL

This was one of my first projects that was able to lead. We decided to knock out the closet in the entry way along with the wall that leads into the dining/kitchen area and as you can see, it makes the space seem a lot larger! We tore up the carpet and installed Luxury Vinyl Planks throughout that whole area.

While there are no before pictures of the kitchen, we tore out all of the wood cabinets, the 4x4 tile countertops and the soffits above the cabinets. We replaced them with white cabinets, a black countertop and subway tile for the backsplash to give this space a clean, contemporary look.

The bathroom vanity, it's tile countertop, the wall paneling, and the carpet were all removed and replaced with a new vanity, stone top, Luxury Vinyl Tiles, and fresh paint.

We always like to try and reuse items that our clients want to keep so we decided to sand and re-stain the coffee and side tables to fit the look we were going for.

The window treatments and framed photos in the dining room added a little, what I call "oomph" to the space! They create a more welcoming environment and draw you into the space - makes your eye move from one section of the house to the next.
